Medical Physicist

Jason Tracy received his Master’s degree in Biophysical Sciences and Medical Physics from the University of Minnesota.  Mr. Tracy began his career in Radiation Oncology in 2005 as a Radiation Therapist with the VA Hospital in Minneapolis, MN.  Bachelor’s degrees in Radiation Therapy and in Physics provide a diverse background that gives him a patient focused clinical edge as a Medical Physicist.  Mr. Tracy received board certification from the American Board of Radiology in June of 2013.  Specialty training includes Varian’s On Board Imaging system, 4DCT with RPM for tracking of tumor motion during breathing, Brainlab stereotactic techniques, SBRT including Varian’s RapidArc delivery, treatment planning with Eclipse and iPlan, and low dose rate brachytherapy.  Mr. Tracy has been a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine since 2008.  Mr. Tracy lives on a hobby farm outside Newton with his lovely wife and three wonderful children.
