Symposium

Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Spring Health Symposium. The Spring Health Symposium is designed to provide participants with a well-rounded selection of relevant, applicable and up-to-date topics in healthcare. 

Central Care Cancer Center is bringing the Spring Health Symposium to Garden City on Saturday, April 13. The accredited symposium will be held at the state-of-the-art Heartland Cancer Center, located at 410 E. Spruce St. Completion of the symposium will provide up to six credits for physicians, physician assistants, APRNs and nurses. 

Registration includes breakfast and lunch.
Cost is only $30. Seats are limited!

Friday Evening Welcome Reception
Join us for hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and great conversation on Friday evening, April 12th, prior to the Spring Health Symposium. We will host a come-and-go Welcome Reception from 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm at Heartland Cancer Center. (You do not have to attend the Symposium to attend the free reception.)

Completion of the symposium will provide six credits for physicians, physician assistants, APRNs and nurses.

All participants are required to complete and sign a “verification of attendance” form. After the program, a certificate of completion will be provided to activity participants based on documentation of attendance.

CME Credit - Menorah Medical Center is accredited by the Kansas Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Menorah Medical Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians and Physician Assistants should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of the participation in the activity.

CNE Credit - St. Catherine Hospital is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. This course offering is approved for 6.0 contact hours applicable for APRN, RN, LPN, or LMHT relicensure. Kansas State Board of Nursing Provider Number LT0060-0738.

To receive credit you must sign in on the sign-in sheet prior to the start of the program and attend the entire program. An evaluation will need to be completed at the end of the program.

A registrant may cancel no later than one business day prior to the program to receive a refund. After that, no refunds are made.

Central Care Cancer Center reserves the right to cancel the program and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. Central Care Cancer Center will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including, but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
